What is the difference between a VIP list and an invite-only launch?
A launch with a VIP list applied is publicly available for anyone to enter. Your VIPs will get a boost and have a higher chance of winning. An invite-only launch is fully private, so only select customers can access it.
How does a locals-first launch work?
Set your desired distance from the store, and fans with shipping addresses in this area will get the W first. Even better, you can reward locals without risking sell-through — when there aren’t enough entrants from your targeted location, we’ll sell on to fans outside the radius.
How do in-person event-based launches work?
Incentivize in-person community-building by giving event attendees exclusive launch access. Guests will enter your launch via QR code, and we’ll use geolocation to qualify entrants based on their live location at the time of entry.
